TEC 203: AI workflow automation

Automation saves businesses hours every week, and it is one of the fastest routes to freelance income.

What you'll learn

AI workflow automation: the full skill set

Eight units, each practised on a real or demonstration brief.

Automation thinking

Spotting repetitive work worth automating.

n8n & Make

Building workflows step by step.

Webhooks & APIs

How apps talk to each other.

CRM, ERP & WhatsApp integrations

Leads and orders flowing between CRMs, WhatsApp and ERPs such as SAP, Zoho or Tally through their APIs.

Sheets & databases

Storing and updating data reliably.

What happens when a step fails.

How you learn it

Learn in the morning, do it by evening

Two classes from 10:00, then four hours of supervised practice. AI workflow automation is practised on real or demonstration briefs, never just read about.

FAQs

Questions about learning AI workflow automation

Is this in the marketing track too?

Yes, at a lighter level: marketing learners automate email, WhatsApp and CRM follow-ups. The Technology track goes much deeper.

Can I join only for Automation?

Not yet. Automation is taught inside our full programmes (AI Technology Strategist, 16 or 30 weeks), because it works best alongside the other skills a working team needs. You learn it on real briefs, reviewed by a mentor.

Is it online or offline?

Offline. Classes and supervised practice happen at our studio in Shakarpur, East Delhi, Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm, near Nirman Vihar and Laxmi Nagar metro.
